100 Black Men - Hack-4-Health

100 Black Men of Long Island partnered with Wal-Mart to launch Hack-4-Health with Queens Collegiate High School! This was a year long project where teens were empowered to analyze their neighborhood to document their community assets and come up with advocacy program to improve their neighborhoods.
